Reverend Dr. Floyd E. Brown

The Reverend Dr. Floyd E. Brown and Family came to Sioux City from Waterloo, Iowa in 1978 to pastor the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, during which time the congregation increased from 35 to approximately 700. Under Pastor Brown’s leadership we are now in our new Church where we seat over 900 members.

Reverend Brown has received his Bachelor Degree in Christian Theology, His Masters Degree in Christian Theology, he was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate. Reverend Brown currently serves on the Board Of Trustees at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa. He is also a member of Sioux City Leadership Board.

Reverend Brown has been Guest Speaker and Lecturer at many events, churches, and Colleges throughout Sioux City and the Siouxland area.
